Ludo is a race for 2 to 4 players. Each player has four tokens that start in their coloured yard. On your turn you tap Roll: you need a six to move a token out onto the board, then you race it clockwise all the way round and up your own colour's home column to the middle. The first player to get all four tokens home wins.
Land your token on a square holding a single opponent — as long as it isn't a star square or a coloured start square — and that opponent is knocked all the way back to its base. Roll a six and you get another go, but roll three sixes in a row and you lose the turn. To finish a token you need the exact number to land it on the final home square; too big a roll and that token can't move.
Play pass-the-phone with friends and family, or set any empty seat to CPU and play against the computer at Easy, Normal or Hard. Two players race diagonally (Red and Yellow), three or four fill more of the board. There's nothing to install and no account.
How many players? Two, three or four — share one phone, and let the CPU take any seats you don't have people for.
What are the controls? Tap Roll, then tap one of your glowing tokens to move it. That's it.
Is it the classic game? Yes — sixes to start, capture rivals, exact roll to finish, roll-again on a six. It's the game also known as Ludo, Parcheesi or Pachisi.
Does it need signal? No. Once the page has loaded once, it works fully offline.
